Loon Rules!

I must say Loon Mountain has made a very good first impression on me. Perhaps it was the fact that it had just snowed the day before, or that it was extremely nice weather, or maybe that the ski conditions were excellent...whatever the reason, I really enjoyed the day today! It could also be that i was with Nate and Ethan all day...but i doubt it! :-) Besides the fact that Loon is a popular mountain and tons of people were there because of school vacation, it was a great ski day!! I think Nate and Ethan had a good time too, even though we all fell a couple of times, we have some good stories from it. For example, Ethan's first fall ended in him possibly having a sprained thumb...but he still didnt let that stop him from skiing all day long! And then there was the time Nate tried to do a jump, (well it was more accidently than intentionally) and feel VERY dramaticly. This caused me, who was right behind him, to swerve to the left (almost into trees) and thus slowing down rather quickly. Well Ethan happened to be right behind me and wasnt expecting me to slow down at all, so his ski ended up on top of mine and basically we were all down! Withing about 3 secs after Nate's lift off we were all down and laughing. Oh the fun of skiing! Could I ever get enough of snow and ice and bumps and lets not forget those little kids in the helmets that fly past you at 60 mph! Where are their parents?? Ok, time to take a shower and bake cookies...not at once of course, that could be dangerous...or messy. Whatever.
