Anyway, from the day Zorra arrived to now much has changed. She was extremely shy and scared for the first month. Even now she is scared of new people, new dogs, and the busier streets in our neighborhood. I spent hours the first couple days just lying next to her and allowing her to feel comfortable with my presence. Because of that, she was comfortable with me. But only me. Slowly, we saw her become comfortable with each of my roommates, one at a time. Now she likes a lot of people and did okay at Thanksgiving and Christmas! After 5 months, I think she has progressed a lot!

I wish I had more time
It has been so long since I last posted. I blame this on graduate school. The truth is I am forgetful when it comes to these things.
